Step 01 / Prepare
Three quick things before Codex takes over.
Prepare ChatGPT and one private folder
You only need the Windows app, a folder for the work, and one safety setting.
Open the official ChatGPT Windows app and sign in with the account that has Codex.
Download ChatGPTIn Documents, create Holaxis PR. In ChatGPT, press Ctrl+O and choose that folder.
Select Codex, then Ask for approval. Codex can work freely in this folder and will pause before installing software or reaching beyond it.
Why Ask for approval?
It keeps normal folder and network boundaries in place. You may approve a few expected installation requests, then everyday work should be mostly uninterrupted.
Step 02 / Install
Let Codex handle the technical setup.
Click Copy prompt, paste it into Codex, and let it work. You do not need to type commands yourself.
Codex will install Superbee directly on Windows. You do not need Linux, WSL, Ubuntu, or Docker.
Read the full prompt
Mark this complete when Codex says Superbee is ready.
If Codex asks for a restart, close ChatGPT, reopen the same Holaxis PR folder, and paste the same prompt again.
Step 03 / Describe
Teach the agent how your PR work actually works.
This starts a conversation about one real PR assignment. Codex will ask one question at a time and show you a small workspace design before creating it.
Codex will learn how you research, develop a story, coordinate decisions, conduct outreach, and preserve context that matters later.
Read the full prompt
Mark this complete after you approve the design and Codex creates the private local workspace.
What happens next
Local now. Shared deliberately later.
Your first workspace stays on this PC. No GitHub account is needed today. Once the workflow proves useful, Mike can help share it privately with the right Holaxis collaborators.
