Step 01 / Prepare

Three quick things before Codex takes over.

Prepare ChatGPT and one private folder

You only need the Windows app, a folder for the work, and one safety setting.

Install and sign in

Open the official ChatGPT Windows app and sign in with the account that has Codex.

Download ChatGPT

Make one folder

In Documents, create Holaxis PR. In ChatGPT, press Ctrl+O and choose that folder.

Choose the safe default

Select Codex, then Ask for approval. Codex can work freely in this folder and will pause before installing software or reaching beyond it.

Why Ask for approval?

It keeps normal folder and network boundaries in place. You may approve a few expected installation requests, then everyday work should be mostly uninterrupted.

Step 02 / Install

Let Codex handle the technical setup.

Click Copy prompt, paste it into Codex, and let it work. You do not need to type commands yourself.

Codex will install Superbee directly on Windows. You do not need Linux, WSL, Ubuntu, or Docker.

I am nontechnical. Set up this Windows computer for private local Holaxis PR work. Work in the current project folder. Do not create a Superbee bundle, connect GitHub, publish, sync, or share anything.

Use native Windows. The current superbee@next supports Windows directly. Do not install WSL, Ubuntu, Linux, Docker, or a virtual machine. If you believe one is required, stop and verify the published superbee@next README before continuing.

Check for Node.js 20 or newer and npm. If needed, install the current Node.js LTS release with Windows Package Manager. If a restart is needed, stop and tell me exactly what to do.

Install the Windows-compatible Superbee prerelease with:
npm install --global superbee@next

Verify the installation, then run:
superbee setup --host codex --scope user --json

Follow the actions Superbee returns until setup reports that it is ready. Perform the technical work yourself. Explain approval requests in plain language, and ask me to restart ChatGPT only when needed.

When finished, summarize what you installed and confirm that no bundle was created or shared.

Mark this complete when Codex says Superbee is ready.

Teach the agent how your PR work actually works.

This starts a conversation about one real PR assignment. Codex will ask one question at a time and show you a small workspace design before creating it.

I am Mary Elizabeth, supporting Holaxis with public relations and strategic communications. Help me design a private local Superbee workspace for this work. Do not publish, sync, connect GitHub, or create the workspace until I approve the design.

Interview me one question at a time in plain language. Start with one real PR assignment and one real research session. Help me describe:

- What triggered the work and what Holaxis gave me
- The people, organizations, products, journalists, publications, and audiences involved
- The sources I used, what I learned, and how I judged trustworthiness
- The story angles, messages, claims, evidence, approvals, and sensitivities
- The materials I produced
- Outreach, responses, follow-ups, coverage, decisions, and deadlines
- What remained uncertain
- What would be costly to reconstruct before the next assignment

Reflect my answers back briefly so I can correct them.

Then propose the smallest useful Superbee design. In plain language, show me the recurring records worth preserving, the relationships between them, how sources stay connected to claims, a simple workflow, one representative example, what should remain unstructured, and the privacy boundary.

Do not build a CRM, project-management system, or media database before the work shows that one is needed. Wait for my explicit approval. After I approve, create the smallest useful local workspace, verify it, and confirm that it remains private and unpublished.

Mark this complete after you approve the design and Codex creates the private local workspace.
